Client description:
Verum expert clinic is a private medical clinic in Kyiv that offers various areas of medical care from family doctor consultations to surgery and treatment of cancer patients. They offer high quality and qualified doctors, respectively, and the cost of services is above average.
Strategy:
Due to the high cost, the strategy chosen was to increase brand awareness through the promotion of useful content. As well as direct sales of the services most in demand by the audience (pregnancy management, making an appointment for the first consultation with any doctor at a discount).
Preparing to launch:

For sales, the following audience was selected: women, men, 20-35 years old. Marital status: married or in a relationship. Living in Kyiv and the region. Income: average and above average (ability to invest in quality medical services).
Interests: Healthy lifestyle, body care, consulting doctors, finding a doctor.Subscribes to thematic accounts on Instagram, Facebook (about health, other doctors).They read forums and websites about medical health.
The goal of advertising:

Realization:
1. The campaign is aimed at collecting leads through a lead form on Facebook.
2. Regions: Ukraine, Kyiv.
3. Testing of audiences and creatives, as well as platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
The tested platforms were Facebook, which showed the best results in terms of subscribers, and leads from Instagram and Facebook proved to be equally effective in sales. Thanks to the full analytics setup and close communication with the sales department, we identified better campaigns.
